Your property,seen fromabove.

Aerial photos and video that help homes sell faster and businesses stand out. Based in North Bay, serving the whole Nipissing district.

Why aerial

A regular photo shows a room. An aerial shot shows the whole picture: the land, the water, the neighbourhood and how close everything is. It is the view buyers and customers want before they visit.

Questions

Good to know.

Do I need to be there during the shoot?

No. We only need access to the property and to know about gates, pets or people on site. We'll confirm a time window the day before.

What if the weather is bad?

We watch the forecast closely and move the shoot to the next good day. Clear skies make a big difference to the final result.

How soon will I get my photos and video?

Photos are usually ready within 48 hours. Videos take a few more days, depending on the edit.

Where can I use the images?

Anywhere you promote the property or your business: listings, websites, brochures, signs and social media.

Do you work outside North Bay?

Yes. We regularly shoot across the Nipissing district and the Almaguin Highlands. Longer trips are quoted case by case.
